2) What to include (keep it tight)
- A short intro (3-6 sentences): who you are + what you do best + what you want
- Links: GitHub, portfolio, writing, demos (whatever proves your work)
- A "battle" you have shipped: complexity, tradeoffs, outcome (bullet format is fine)
- Your location + work preference (remote/hybrid)
- If relevant: availability + compensation expectations
3) Roles we're usually interested in
- Product engineering (web/app), systems, and UI craft
- AI-native workflows (agents, tool use, RAG, evals)
- Platform/infra (observability, reliability, deployment)
- Product/design hybrids who can ship interfaces that feel inevitable
4) How we evaluate (fast, respectful)
- We will reply if there is a fit
- A short call + a work review (no theater)
