Subject to these Terms, Anhedral grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities
• Infringe or violate the intellectual property or rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Circumvent usage limits, safeguards, or security measures
• Use the Services to develop competing services or models
• Automatically scrape or extract data from the Services without permission
• Misrepresent system-generated output as human-generated when it is not

The Services may include integrations or access to third-party services, software, or data ("Third-Party Services").

These services are governed by their own terms and policies. Anhedral is not responsible for Third-Party Services.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, you grant Anhedral a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without compensation to you.

The Services and all related technology, including software, models, infrastructure, and documentation, are owned by Anhedral and its licensors.

Except for the limited rights granted under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

You may not use the Anhedral name, trademarks, or logos without permission.

Some Services may require payment.

Billing

If you purchase paid Services:

• You agree to provide accurate billing information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

Pricing Changes

We may change pricing with reasonable notice prior to renewal.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• Your use creates risk to Anhedral or others

We may also terminate inactive accounts.

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time.

If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice and refund unused prepaid fees where appropriate.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANHEDRAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF OUTPUT

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

ANHEDRAL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT
• INCIDENTAL
• SPECIAL
• CONSEQUENTIAL
• OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid for the Services in the previous 12 months, or
• $100 USD.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anhedral, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your Content
• Your violation of these Terms

If you believe material on our Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Location of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Services or by email.

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and trade laws.

You may not use the Services in violation of U.S. sanctions or export restrictions.

You may not transfer these Terms without our consent.

Anhedral may assign these Terms to affiliates or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anhedral regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Except where arbitration applies, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
