This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we process on behalf of customers under separate business or enterprise agreements (for example, when we act as a service provider/processor to a business customer). In those cases, our processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

Payment and Transaction Information. If you purchase Services, we (and our payment processors) collect billing and payment information, transaction history, and related details. We generally do not store full payment card numbers; our payment processors handle that information.
User Content. We collect the information you submit through the Services, such as prompts, inputs, files, code, messages, or other content you provide ("Content"). If the Services allow collaboration or sharing, we also collect content you choose to post, share, or send.

Content Management. Delete or modify certain Content through the Services (where available). Note: deletion may not remove Content from backups immediately.
Marketing Communications. Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages. You will still receive transactional or administrative messages.
Cookies. Control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie banner/controls.
6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your Personal Information, such as:
- Access: request access to Personal Information we hold about you

- Deletion: request deletion of certain Personal Information

7. CHILDREN
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us Personal Information, contact us at legal@anhedral.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any actions under your account.
